RETURNS

We aim to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience with us.


Please contact returns@fitnessgroup.ca within 24 hours if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be received by The Fitness Group within 30 days of purchase date. Customers must have a return authorization number (RA#) for any return issue (damaged product, incorrect product, consumer issue, etc).


THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO AUTHORIZE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN

1) Invoice number

2) Brand, product/product description and quantity
3) Date of purchase
4) Reason for return


  • Please mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA#
  • Packages without an RA# clearly marked will be refused
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for products being returned due to customer error or dissatisfaction
  • All products must be sealed in original packaging, unopened and unmarked
  • Clearance, discontinued or expired products may not be returned
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns
  • No cash refunds given on returns

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Check all products for any possible damages before accepting them. If you accept a shipment and find items are damaged or missing keep all packaging materials and contact The Fitness Group. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
